Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if you contact us within 14 days of your order and have not yet downloaded your product. Once a product has been downloaded or 14 days have elapsed, we cannot offer a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Non-Refundable Cases

• The product has already been downloaded.
• More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.
• The refund request does not include valid order information.
